1. Planning Tool Only
Citadel is a planning and educational tool. It is not a trading platform, broker, investment advisor, or financial service. Nothing in Citadel constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.
2. No Liability for Trading Losses
Kizan Labs and the Citadel application accept no liability for any trading losses, challenge failures, account breaches, or financial damages of any kind arising from the use of this tool. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
3. Mock Data
All account balances, P&L figures, and challenge data shown in Citadel v1 are fictional mock data provided for demonstration purposes only. They do not represent real accounts, trades, or prop firm challenges.
4. Final and non-refundable purchases
All Citadel credit and challenge purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a non-waivable requirement of applicable law applies. If a payment provider reverses, disputes, or refunds a transaction, Citadel may revoke the associated credits or access.
5. No Guarantees
Citadel makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Risk calculations are estimates only and may not reflect actual broker or prop firm conditions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Citadel for personal planning purposes only, in compliance with applicable laws and the rules of any prop firm you participate in.
